Fire Emblem Echoes: QoL Modpack
0% growth mode optional
Includes every major QoL mod i could find on nexus mods, reddit, and FE universe thats compatible with one another all in one modpack (recruiting both Deen & Sonya is particularly nice). That way, you don't have to set them all up together. There isn't almost anyone making mods for valentia, because multi-army games are so annoying to play, the map design is the worst in the series, the armys are small, theres not much unit variety, the game isn't balanced well, and there isn't any lunatic mode.

For those after a challenge, theres a 0% growth version to hopefully attract your interest. Unfortunately, the automatic amiibos mod is incompatible with 0% growths for some reason. Note: because Valentia guarantees a statup like in radiant dawn, everyone has 100% luck growths.

Includes a readme with instructions to setup with citra.
To get the JP exclusive 7-11 items, visit zofia castle (alm) or zofia harbor (Celica) starting in act 4.

To play this modpack, you must use version 1.0, not the 1.1 update. You can uninstall updates in citra by right clicking the game and going to update data location and deleting it all. The 1.1 update doesn't add anything to the game, and only fixes a minor bug in one of the DLC dialogues where one character is saying lines meant for a different character.

Mods in this Modpack

Fixes Atlas, Boey, and Gray to have normal skin colors instead of green.
Allows Celica to recruit Silque in the Thieves' Shrine at the end of Chapter 2 if she wasn't recruited by Alm in Chapter 1, just like the other ram villagers.
Allows you to aquire the japan-only time-limited 7-11 crossover event items.

To get them, go to Zofia castle (Alm) or Zofia Harbor (Celica) from Act 4 or later.
Makes you automatically recruit amiibo units, instead of needing to set it up yourself.
Alm: Marth, Roy, Lucina, Corrin(M)
Celica: Ike, Robin, Corrin(F)
Normally you can only recruit one. This makes both join when you add either to your party.
As you can expect, it makes the game very HD.
Because Valentia guarantees a statup like in radiant dawn, everyone has 100% luck growths.
- All rusty drops have had their droprate increase from 0.05% to 5%
- The bug with conrad having growths in the 0% growths mod was fixed.
- Amiibo units in the 0% patch now have 0% Growths. (other DLC units still have growths because they are actually not in the game files)
- Amiibo units have had a lazy effort rebalance. I started by giving -2 to all stats, then moved their stats around to be more thematic. After discovering their weapons didn't have any stats on them, and realizing they can't promote, i heavily skewed their stats for specific niches, so you might get some value out of them still by midgame. I decided them having somewhat high stats is okay, as other then robin, their all sword locked to 1 range, have no spell access, nor access to mounts or any special unique weapons. I also looked to their join route to determine stats. Amiibo robin was given extra attention to make sure he was interesting.

Mods chosen NOT to be included

It invasively changes conrad from a lv4 Paladin to a Lv3 falcon knight. This also fucks with 0% growth runs. Plus, the off-gender classes can't use the overclasses.
Aside from requiring an Un-dub and breaking any mod that already touches the ENG script, its just kind of unnecessary. Plus, most people probably want what will become the canon characterization of each unit going forward with the series. Like how Alm & Celicas english voices and characterization are used in the English version of FE Engage, not their JP ones.

it only affects a few units, and the unique outfits for most characters are so ugly, you probably prefer their promotion outfits. Except maybe silque.
A ton of classes the game wasn't designed to have, with almost no real detail about this mod. Why make a mod and tell us nothing about it? Huh? Patchnotes reveals it stealthily also fucks with tobins and kamuis spell lists, meaning its quite able to break compatibility with other mods.
this mod REPLACES the base characters, instead of adding new ones. obviously not okay for most people.

Would have included

Would have done the following.
Balors Sol drop is 5% instead of 0.2%
Guardians Luna drop is 5% instead of 1.25%
Garudas Astra drop is 5% instead of 0.05%

To bad it conflicts with Amiibo units mod.
Everyone gets a spell list! Click the link to see actual spell lists, but FYI lukas and conrad are meant to be broken.

Much like gender lock removal, it fucks with lukas and changes him to a villager. I would apricate if mods stopped fucking with peoples stuff. Why isn't it optional? Just give him a pitchfork so he can class change if you wanted players to have the option. ?????

Note: I suspect this mod may get overwritten by the 0% or negative growth mods, but i'm not sure. It should worth for the standard growths version.

This mod conflicts with both the amiibos mod, and the drop rate fix mod.
it uses a code.bin patch im not quite sure how to work.
Unfortunately, this mod can brick your save file if you leave it running when starting a new act and save the game. If you really want it, you can still add it, as this mod is implemented as a citra cheat code instead of modifying game files.
