I stopped this, because unlike every other FE game, every other tactics game, and maybe almost every other game period, the way this game does enemys is so unique, its horrible to mod.
I actually made an act 1 demo, but i can't will myself to continue.
Basically, MOST video games, if you go into a battle, the game loads the battle, enemys, etc, from the game files. You enter a town, it loads of game file. Infact, in computer tech in general thats how stuff works. Valentia however, maybe "faithfully" recreating the original game even in internal operation, does not do this. Instead, the game is split into 5 story acts. At the start of an act, it generates / loads EVERYTHING for that act, AND SAVES IT TO YOUR SAVE FILE. This means the enemys themselves are in your save file. No other game does this. it also means, to test any changes, i have to restart the fucking game every time i change anything. So yeah, it's so tedious, fuck this game.
Also...theres remakes, OF THE VALENTIA REMAKE, made with GBA builder. I will try it out at some point, but i think i simply must assume, its just a better game.
